Woke up to the sound of rain hitting my window. No doubt it was the swirling wind that seems to take its root here in downtown. It is as if the bowl of the city is the downtown area. Today was just mainly a day of rest. I had to change rooms for the third time in three days. It was because the internet was not functioning properly in my room so they had me reassigned to

The morning was cool and chilly. I was told by the front desk of the hotel that it had been raining in the morning but that they expected the sun to be coming out soon. I had a wakeup call from Kanako and then I called Lindsey from the TB Care Association to find out when we could meet today for dinner to discuss some of the loose ends regarding the TB Photovoice exhibitions

Arrived at the Townhouse Hotel at 5pm EST and 11pm South African Time. I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the airport in Jo'burg as Kanako says it. I presume short for Johannesburg. The reason for the concern was that my two bags that I had checked in did not arrive.
